This listing is to REPAIR YOUR circuit board. Please make sure that the control is the problem with your appliance. This repair service is not refundable. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Purchase this repair service.

2. We will email you a paid shipping label for you to send your timer to us.

$162.49 = Priority Mail (Included)

UPS 2nd Day Air = Additional $30 when you select UPS at checkout.

3. Print your Shopify order confirmation and include it with the control. Please avoid shipping damage by packing the control tightly. There should be at least 1 inch of packing material on all sides of the control. Bubble wrap works best, but tightly packed paper also works.

4. When we receive your control, we will repair it within 1 business day. If we find that the control is not repairable, then we will contact you immediately to arrange for a refund and to send the control back to you if you choose. This is the ONLY situation that we offer a refund on this service. We reserve the right to send you an interchangeable control from stock should we need to do so.

5. We will ship the control back to you back to you using the same service you selected when purchasing.
